NOTE: WE DELIVER OUR PRODUCTS FROM OUR DUBAI WAREHOUSE.


DELIVERY

As all orders are currently shipped from Dubai, you may have additional import fees upon delivery. 

REFUSING TO PAY CUSTOMS: If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to us shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund. If you're still unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we'd recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

RETURNS & ECHANGES

Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned. 

To return or exchange your products please make sure to first send a notice to fpouria@latschaetcompagnie.com with your order number. Your products must be in their original conditions. Make sure they are clean, unworn and with all tags attached. We operate a 30 days exchange or refund policy. Unfortunately, any items returned 30 days after receipt, can not be considered for refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please include the original paperwork that was included in your order, so that we can identify the order, and process your exchange/refund correctly.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

SALE ITEMS  

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 


DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange your item for those reasons, please contact us: fpouria@latschaetcompagnie.com stating your reason and attaching photos that clearly show the defects. 

REFUNDS 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days after the reception.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted :

  • Any item not in its original condition, if damaged or missing some parts (for reasons not due to our error)

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
